Bulk ad launching, at a pace Ads Manager cannot follow.

Drop the creative, pick the accounts, ship. Koast assembles campaigns, ad sets and ads across every Meta account you run and publishes the whole batch as one job.

This page is for the people who publish for a living: media buyers testing dozens of hooks a week, agencies running the same creative across a book of client accounts, and in-house teams whose testing volume is capped by how fast a human can click through Ads Manager.

Ads Manager was built to publish one campaign, in one account, by one person. Volume is where it falls apart. You re-upload the same video into every account, retype the same naming convention, paste the same UTM string, duplicate ad sets until the browser gives up, and then do it again next Tuesday. The work is not hard, it is just long, and it bills by the hour.

Koast collapses that into a single pass. You define the batch once, review it once, and launch it once. The campaign, ad set and ad structure gets built in every destination account at the same time, with your naming, tracking and placement rules already applied.

What you get in a batch

Every account at once

Pick your destination accounts at launch instead of hopping profiles. One pass builds the structure in each of them, with no re-uploading and no browser profile juggling.

Auto-grouped creative sizes

Drop your 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 exports together. Koast detects the sizes and stacks them into one placement-ready ad rather than three separate ones you have to reconcile later.

Launch templates

Campaign name format, ad set name format, tracking UTMs, pixels and placements are saved once and applied to everything after. Your conventions stop depending on who is at the keyboard.

One post ID that travels

The same post ID runs across every account in the batch, so likes, shares and comments compound on one piece of social proof instead of splintering across duplicates.

Metadata wiped

Client export filenames and EXIF junk are stripped before Meta ever sees the file. Names are locked to your convention on the way out.

Pre-flight asset check

Page, pixel and conversion event are resolved per account before the batch runs, so you see which accounts are ready to launch and which still need setup.

How a launch actually runs

Six steps, start to finish. Once a template exists, most teams live in steps three through six.

Step 01

Choose the objective

Website conversions, leads, or traffic. Objective, optimization and targeting are set in a condensed build screen instead of the full Ads Manager flow.

Step 02

Select the accounts

Add every ad account the batch should land in. Accounts can sit under different Business Managers and profiles: Koast treats them as one portfolio.

Step 03

Add the creative

Upload from your computer, or pull straight from Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io. Sizes are grouped and files are cleaned as they land.

Step 04

Apply a template

Naming formats, UTMs, pixel and conversion event are applied across the batch in one action, so every ad in every account carries the same conventions.

Step 05

Review the batch

Before anything publishes you get the summary: campaign type, ad set count, total daily budget, launch date in account time, destination accounts, and example names.

Step 06

Launch and watch it land

Progress runs per account with live counters for campaigns, ad sets and ads. When it finishes you can jump into Ads Manager or queue the next batch.

What Koast will not decide for you

Bulk launching is a publishing tool, not a promise. A confirmed batch schedules live campaigns in your ad accounts, and those campaigns are yours to manage. Koast does not guarantee results, and every launch screen says so before you confirm.

It also does not quietly change your strategy. Budgets, objectives, targeting and schedule are the ones you set. What Koast removes is the repetition between the decision and the ad going live: the re-uploads, the retyping, the duplicated ad sets, and the twenty minutes of checking whether account four had the right pixel attached.

Special Category campaigns launch with the correct declarations, and the same automations and guardrails apply to them once they are live.

Questions

How many ads can I launch in one batch?

Hundreds. Teams routinely queue a full week of testing in a single pass and review it as one job. The practical ceiling is Meta's own API rate limiting on your accounts, not a cap Koast imposes.

Does it work across multiple ad accounts and Business Managers?

Yes. Koast unifies accounts across Business Managers and profiles into one portfolio, so a batch can land in several accounts at once without switching logins. Growth covers up to 10 ad accounts, Enterprise is unlimited.

Do I lose social proof when the same ad runs in several accounts?

No. Koast uses one post ID per ad across the batch, so engagement accumulates on a single post instead of being split across one duplicate per account.

Can I launch Special Category Ads?

Yes. Special Category campaigns launch with the correct declarations attached, and your automations and guardrails behave the same way on them.

How does Koast connect to Meta?

Through Meta's official API with scoped permissions. Nothing is scraped and no one shares a browser session. You control which accounts are connected and who on your team can publish to them.

What does it cost?

A flat plan, never a percentage of ad spend. Growth is self-serve with a 7-day trial. Enterprise is scoped to your team and includes setup, template configuration and onboarding on your real accounts.
