Your team launches. Nobody hands out Business Manager keys.

Invite media buyers, editors, strategists and clients into Koast with roles and views instead of account access, and run every creative from brief to live on one board.

This page is for the person who currently owns the bottleneck: the brand owner who is the only one with Business Manager access, the agency lead approving every upload by DM, the media buyer waiting on a file that cleared review yesterday and nobody said so.

Meta access is close to all or nothing. Bringing a freelancer or a junior buyer into a Business Manager means handing over real keys to real accounts, so most teams do the opposite: one trusted person gets access and becomes the queue that everything waits behind. Meanwhile the actual work lives in three places at once, a shared drive, a review link, and a thread where someone asks whether the statics ever went live.

Koast splits those apart. Access is a role in Koast, not a seat in your Business Manager, and the work moves along a board everyone can see. Strategists brief, editors upload, buyers launch, and nobody chases a status.

How teams work together in Koast

Roles, not account keys

Strategists, editors, content managers and buyers each get a seat scoped to what they actually do. Teammates can launch on your behalf without ever being added to your Business Manager.

One board, brief to live

Items move through Requested, Assets Uploaded, In Review, Approved and Published. Anyone can see where a piece of creative sits without asking the person holding it.

Briefing built in

Angles, references, deliverables, due dates, priority and assignees live on the card itself, not in a document nobody opens twice.

Creative sources wired in

Google Drive, Dropbox and Frame.io feed the board directly. Editors keep working where they already work and the assets show up on the item.

Approvals that move work

A Frame.io approval pushes the item forward on its own and can trigger the launch, so creative goes live minutes after sign-off rather than the next time someone checks a thread.

Reporting into Slack

Recaps, alerts and sign-off requests post where the team already talks, so the daily status update stops being somebody's job.

Setting the team up

Four steps. Most teams are running their first shared board the same afternoon they connect Meta.

Step 01

Connect the accounts once

The account owner connects Meta through the official API and selects which ad accounts come into Koast. That is the last time anyone needs to touch Business Manager to onboard a teammate.

Step 02

Invite people with roles

Add buyers, editors, strategists and content managers by email and give each one the access their job needs. No shared logins, no browser profile handoffs, no keys leaving your Business Manager.

Step 03

Brief on the board

Create an item with a title, priority, starting stage and assignees, attach references from your device, Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io, and the editor picks it up with everything already on the card.

Step 04

Review, approve, publish

Notes get resolved in review, approval advances the item, and the buyer launches the batch to Meta from the same board. The card then shows what went live and where.

What stays with you

Delegating the work is not the same as delegating the account. The owner still decides which ad accounts exist in Koast, who is invited, and what each seat can reach. You can pull a seat back the moment somebody rolls off the project, without touching Meta at all.

Seat counts differ by plan. Growth includes a limited number of teammate seats and up to 10 ad accounts. Enterprise is unlimited on both, and adds admin team tracking plus view-only reporting seats so clients and leadership can watch the numbers without being able to touch a campaign.

Questions

Do my teammates need Business Manager access to launch?

No. That is the point of the page. A teammate works inside Koast with a role you assign, and launches into the ad accounts you have connected. Nobody new is added to your Business Manager.

How many people can I invite?

Growth includes a limited number of teammate seats. Enterprise is unlimited, and adds admin team tracking for larger buying teams.

Can a client or a manager see reporting without editing anything?

Yes, on Enterprise. View-only reporting seats let clients and leadership read the numbers while the ability to change a campaign stays with your buyers.

Can we work across several Business Managers and profiles?

Yes, on every plan. Koast unifies accounts across Business Managers and profiles into one portfolio view, so the team stops juggling browser profiles to check a number.

Which tools does the board connect to?

Google Drive, Dropbox and Frame.io feed creative into items, Frame.io approvals can trigger a launch, and Slack receives recaps, alerts and sign-off requests. Meta is the buying surface and Cometly attribution flows into the tables.

What happens to access when someone leaves?

You remove their Koast seat. Because they were never in your Business Manager, there is no separate Meta cleanup and no shared password to rotate afterwards.
